Compared to other places we looked at, the apartments are a great size for the price and we rarely went over our electric allowance. The staff are always helpful and fix anything we report the same day. We did have a problem with water bugs when we moved in and the office exterminated. It didn't really help until I realized that they were coming through the space between the floor and the board covering the water pipes. We covered that and haven't had the problem since. The grounds are always kept nice and the pool is great. I'm on the top floor so I can't complain about noise from above, but you can hear EVERYTHING from the tenants next door. But from what I hear, that's normal in aparmtment buildings. All the electrical outage and water leak complaints are valid, but the building is very old and they seem to happen when there's a bad storm so I'm not surprised when it happens. The only complaint I have is that we don't have the option of Satellite or Cable. So we're stuck paying a fortune for cable.
