at first, this apartment complex is not that bad. Its a cheap rent, close to supermarkets, etc, and even has a pool. Yeah that lost its novelty quick.

The office people do nothing to help out.Um, yeah you should be in your office until 6, so that people can pick up their packages. Instead you never answer the phone or are gone by 4. How nice for us. Parts of the building smell like mold. It takes forever for plumbing to get fixed, and the fix it jobs are shotty. Everyday the hallway smells like weird food or fish.

I see a roach everyday. Mice come out to play sometimes too. And the ants stick around for awhile too.

Want to see some hot girls by the pool' Uh, not at this place. Think about every disgusting person you've ever seen in a bathing suit. Now multiply that by 20 and you have a typical summer day by the pool at the Regency.

The walls are paper thin, and you hear everything. And I mean everything that your neighbors are up to. Maybe you will be lucky and hear them yelling and then "making up" too.

I guess the last straw was that my boyfriends car got broken into. As a woman, I don't feel safe here anymore. Its not fun to get stared at by every weirdo. And a lot of weird people hang out here at night, outside. So basically, at first it seemed nice, with lots of space, but now, its just creepy and old. And they raise the rent all the time.
