Pros: Apartment is large and price is not bad. The electric bill is always resonable. The grounds are fairly cleaned.
Cons: The electric in the buildings is no good, sometimes it goes out in a storm and sometimes it goes out with just a little wind. The fire back in February in D building can still be seen on the outstide. Mold issues in the bathroom. If there are major fixes that need to be done they give you the brush off and just never fix them.
