 I LIVED THERE FOR 10 YEARS & NEVER EVER HAD 1 PROBLEM WITH ANY KIND OF PESTS OR MAINTENANCE!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE...IT'S CLEAN & QUIET.
