I had trouble with this apartment complex even before I moved in. Three days before I was moving in, they called to tell me that they made a mistake on the rent for the apartment and that it would be $25 more per month even though I had it in writing otherwise. When I called about it, the property manager was extremely rude and it took various phone calls before she saw my point of view.
Since I have lived there, the parking situation has gotten worse and worse and is a nightmare. There are no assigned spots and some apartments have 3 or more cars while I can not even find 1 spot for mine. I have even been ticketed by the Bensalem Police Dept.
Also, the maintenance is unresponsive to your needs-only when it is convenient for them but if you are a day late with your rent there is an eviction notice on your door!
The staff here, especially the property manager, is not friendly and seem to have the attitude that if you don't like it, someone else will live in your apartment.
It's a shame because overall it is a nice complex if they could just work on the parking and their choice of employees.
