I was misled by the river view when I rent this place. The house were so old. A/C does not work when you room temp is over 90 degrees in the summer, yet nothing can be done because the house was built back in 60s and 70s and they cannot fit new A/C into the old built-in unit. There will never be any fix for that! It is so noisy, you can hear everything and smell everything from your neighbour, imagine that! Service is terrible, I cannot understand why they have 6 women sitting in the rental office chatting most of the time and a small poor maintenance team. They never send anybody if you called the emergency line. The golf course is rarely usable for 8 months of a year, it is covered with duck ----. You cannot play basketball either because of the duck ----, nobody ever cleaned it. Landscape is fine. But basically you are paying for the outside river view, you will never get a break for your own peace because of the noise and smell from the neighbors, the auto alarm that went off often. By the way,their model house is of different structure, you will not hear anything even if you jump in it, but after you move in your apartment, be prepared for the worst. They sent an automatic renewal notice within less than 3 months ahead of your expiration date. By the time you receive it, you don't have the choice of 3 months notice to choose other options but will be binding to another year of lease. So, be careful of that! One advantage of it is that it is close to the train station, but its shuttle service is far worse than the other apartment in this area like Delaire Landing. The neighborhood is getting worse also. There were strange teenagers wandering around at dinner time and ask you to pay for his tuition. We were so happy to move out after our lease finally expired.
