pretty good overall, they fixed my maintenace issues pretty timely. Parking is parking, it gets filled up at night becuase thats when people are home. sometimes i have to park on the street.

My only complaint is the mail. they crumble up my mail everytime. its almost seems the mail fool is doing it on purpose. If i catch them in the act - i will kick him in the nuttts. I have re-routed most of my mail to my parents house its that bad. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
