If you come here to look at the aprtments please don't be fooled. Once they get you in here the hell begins. The property manager is one of the most unpleasant people I have ever met in my life! The sad thing is I think she really enjoys just being rude and being on some kind of power trip. The rules change everyday and there are many. The apartments are not sound proof at all so beware it can be very noisy and you even know when your neighbor is going to the bathroom. Spend wisely not here. I have been here for many years and my lease will be up in a short time and I am moving out. The attitude of the office is go someone else will rent it. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't be fooled but how nice they can be when they are trying to get you to sign on the dotted line, once you sign they could care less about any problem or concern you may have. I assume if you took the time to come to this sight, you must be a person looking for good living guality. SALEM HARBOUR DOES NOT OFFER THAT.
