Salem Harbour is under new management now and they're doing a great job! They already re-paved the parking lots (they were in somewhat disrepair) and I hear they're re-doing the gym! It's a lovely community and I am looking forward to staying here for a very long time. All my neighbors are very friendly and have been living here for 10 years or more.
