Where else can one look up river, down river over a golf course and not see another man-made structure' I have lived here over 15 years and agree with all my neighbors that it is impossible to find a better deal.
Complimentary shuttle to N.E. corridor trains makes commuting to NYC or Philly car free.
Re: the cat complaints - they live at the far end of the complex at least 50 feet from any residence. and I'm sure that being on the river and never seeing a rodent has something to do with the cats.
The office staff goes above and beyond thier call to satisfy and the maintenance men are golden.
