I generally try to not have to deal w managment at apartment complexes because I realize its a business, its all about money and most business' will do whatever they have to get get your $ and the residents are always wrong in their eyes. My experience living here wasn't horrible, but it certainly could have been better and the rent is too high.

I have lived at Salem Harbour for 15 months without any major issues. It's an old property, but maintained reasonably well with unusual common facilties, more like a condo. They do leave dead trees to rot, but tree removal is very costly. The ventilation system for heat and A/C is astonishingly noisy to the point that it's hard to hear and be heard on phone calls and you need to turn up the TV volume very loud, which of course, must be turned down again when the system cycles off. Maintainance is slow to react, but I've never seen different in a rental. Overall, a B , maybe B when you consider cost of rent. |
