Decent Place to Live...Very Few Complaints From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I have been living here for 6 months now. The complex is pretty nice overall and kept in decent shape. It has a private "chip & putt" golf course that is mowed probably once a week so it stays in OK shape, though I have never played on it. Don't be mislead by the Golf Course description though, a "chip & putt" is much smaller than a Par-3 Course. Pool is great, it's huge and has a great view over the Delaware River. The only real complaint I have is the parking. I think for paying close to $1,000 per month would give you a private parking spot that is within your "court". If you are out past 8:00 during the week it is almost impossible to find a close parking spot. The actual apartments are very nice, I personally have the updated kitchen model and I love it. For a 1-bedroom apartment I have a ton of space, especially in the bedroom. Washer & Dryer in the bathroom is a huge plus. I live along State Road and have no complaints about traffic noise, but I usually have a fan running in the room which blocks out a lot of noise. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
