watch out for cockroaches

I lived in a 3rd floor apartment for a year ... the apartment was nice enough ... it's a nice enough area ... my neighbors were nice and all ... but there are cockroaches ... they are not "water bugs" ... the management will tell you that, but please know that these are cockroaches ... they will be there all year ... some times more than others ... if you can deal with this, then you're ok ... but they will be there ... oh, and the golf course is a joke too ... never open

Newsflash: cockroaches are "waterbugs"! Whether they are American cockroaches or Oriental, they are still "waterbugs"... (not being sarcastic, I just learned this the other day when the exterminator decided to give me a lesson).
When the golf course is open though, is it maintained fairly nice? Somewhat cut grass and okay greens?

well ... who knew about the cockroaches? ... call them water bugs if you want ... but they were gross ... and the golf course is really a non-factor ... it's never open ... when I was there the greens were dead grass ... and I lived in Windsor Court
