Itās a great place to live.

TOWING FRENZY AT SALEM HARBOUR!!!
That's the problem, there is no signage stating "FIRE ZONE" OR "NO PARKING"!!! We See more and more tow trucks on your grounds lately! Since you are privately owned, I guess you just arbitrarily call the shots and tow your resident's cars from their homes!ā¦Ā See More >1/26/2024

Not great
Apartment itself is acceptable however the management/maintenance teams are not great. Apartment hallways are dirty and really appear to never be cleaned. Gym is just ok but again not very cleanly. Maintenance is slow to respond and often times issues arenāt fixed in a timelyā¦Ā See More >8/23/2022

Maintenance totally sucks!! Be prepared to do your own work in your apartment. Front office staff basically sucks!! Dog poop all over. Trash cans on ground are always overflowing. Really gross!! I do like my neighbors all are super nice!!
