Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
FIRST OF ALL THE OFFICE STAFF ARE COMPLETELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, RESORTING TO SCREAMING AT YOU WHEN YOU ARE JUST ASKING FOR SOMETHING TO BE FIXED. A/C HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR OVER A MONTH AND THEY SAY THEY KEEP FIXING IT BUT 90 DEGREES ON THE THERMOSTAT WHEN IT'S 85 OUTSIDE (WITH THE A/C ON) IS NOT FIXING IT! MAINTAINENCE STAFF ARE COMPLETELY USELESS AND HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING (WHEN THEY FINALLY GET AROUND TO DOING ANYTHING). I WISH I HAD TAKEN THE POORS REVIEWS ABOUT THIS PLACE MORE SERIUOSLY BEFORE WE SIGNED THE LEASE. UNFORTUNATELY WE'RE STUCK HERE BECAUSE WE DON'T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO GET OUT. ALSO, THE RENT KEEPS GOING UP BUT YOU DON'T GET ANYTHING FOR IT. PLEASE DON'T MOVE HERE OR YOU WILL BE MISERABLE LIKE US.
