I think the biggest mistake about living here was the fact that I signed a lease renewal. I am still waiting for issues to be resolved from when I moved in. There is still a large hole in my dining room ceiling from the non-repaired water leak from the bathroom. Granted, the place looked nice enough when I was shown the sample, and the fact that large pets are welcome was a definate seller point. But after living here for over a year and still not getting timely maintence responses, I don't think I will stay here the reminder of my existing lease. Having worked building maintence myself, I have been forced to do some of the repair work around here myself, and am still fighting to have any major work performed. I warn you now, unless more staff are hired, or if you prefer to do your own maintence (Why not just buy a house'), STAY AWAY!!! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
