I just moved into the Thunder Hollow Apartments in August, and I am very displeased with the condition of this place. The walls look beat up, the floors, wall fixtures, and cabinets have paint all over them. The carpet is poorly laid, the kitchen floor is choppy, there is paint peeling on my bedroom wall under the window, the bathroom tiles are a mix-match white, the sink fixtures are missing pieces, and loose in the kitchen. We have been waiting for a new smoke detctor, and light fixture for the hallway, I had to scrub the light ficture by the front door. The paint job in the Master bedroom is shabby, and still shows the markings from the previous tenant. I do like the layout of the apartments, but for the price they charge to rent these apartments, there's no way they should be in the condition they are in. They need better lighting in the entry ways from the parking lot to the apartments. It's dangerous out there. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone unless you're desperate for a place to stay.
