Do you like a tube that you can't clean' Then this is the place for you
Do you like your phone calls for repairs ignored' Then this is the place for you
No need to have a kitchen faucet- just take the water in the glasses that has leaked from upstairs
Is mold, mildew and dust your cup of tea' You're right at home
No need to complain to the woman at the desk- she forgets to write anything down- same for the so called manager who claims she has inherited a host of problems and "Please give me time to sort this all out"
Don't like to deal with Management' Then this is the place for you- they won't deal wont you either I think this place is run by the converniently deaf dumb and blind. They dont heat your complaints, they don't respond and they don't see the porblems with the units, nor the broken tree limbs all over, the crap on the ground , the overflowing garbage ( oh, this has gotten a bit better with the new carting company)
Not sure if true or not, but tenants are banding together to form a Tenants Association in preparation for a class action suit

Going through these other reviews I realize one thing...some mean people are trying to make themselves feel better somehow. Noone ever looks for a place to write good things, but people will go miles out of there way in order to find a way to vent. The office staff may have it share of problems, and I have no doubt that like everyone they may have a bad day, but when it comes to working with people they are by far they are top notch. I had alot of personal issues to work through, and the office staff was right there backing me one hundred percent. I realize that people can have a bad day, and you must keep in mind that if you go in with a bad attitude about something the only thing that will come back at you is a bad response. I am not saying two wrongs make a right, I am saying it is human response. You back someone into a corner, and they are bound to come out snapping. Things happen, the office staff didn't build the place, and they don't do the maintenance, they do the best they can with what the are given. I guess this makes me so upset because I work in customer service, and I wouldn't like to find a site like this were someone could write and slander MY name. I think it is RIDICULOUS!!!! Your tub is dirty because you are cleaning away the paint which they used to make it white before you moved in. In my 1 bedroom, I quickly realized that the more I cleaned, the dirtier my tub got. My cleaning agent was scrubbing off the white paint and I was left with a dark grey tub. Luckily, they sent BathFitters to put a nice clean plastic thing over the yucky, dirty tub below. Oxford Realty really bought a dump, when they spent millions on Thunder Hollow!
