Our stay has been okay. It's not as bad as it seems.

This is a dump. It clearly is subsidized housing at the lowest level. We gave 2 months notice and they are keeping the security deposit. The office staff are uneducated liars. The grounds are filthy, mud, garbage, parking is a nightmare. The gym isnt ever cleaned. The landscaping is non existent. I must have missed what there is to like at $1415 a month.

you clearly don't live in the same place we do, the gym looks beautiful, have you been in there lately? The office staff has been nothing but helpful and freindly. No apt. complex is perfect. They don't keep your deposit unless you break your lease, did you? All places you go to do the same. You seem to have a lot of hostility, maybe you should seek some help.

I'd have to agreed with nj45lady. This place is a dive. The parking is horrible. Management and maintenance are very unreliable. You wait 2 weeks or more to get somthing fixed. The gym is dirty!! Parking you can forget it. Some of the people here are allowed to keep boats in spaces which makes it worse. As far as the deposit goes. Most complexes will fight you on giving your money back. Basically you need to look at it as a down payment you won't see again. It's hard to get your money back but really all you have to do is give them the same checklist they give you when you moved in and make them sign it on your last day. This willl surely hold up in court. Ok btw aclassact...I still live here at the dump Thunder Hollow. Lease will be up in november and I will be leaving this dive.

Hmmm they don't keep your deposit unless you break your lease??? sounds EXACTLY like what the people who work there would say while they try and scheme up a way to call whatever you do "breaking your lease". So tell us ACLASSACT, just how long have you been working for this DUMP!!

The person who originally posted this WORKS THERE and is trying to salvage reputation. This place is the WORST place I've ever lived. It's the only place around that lets you have big dogs so I'm stuck until I can buy a house and get out of my lease. The trash is always overflowing, the grounds are always dirty and unattended. The gym is disgusting and reminds of a dungeon. Maintenance never responds - I had a stopped up kitchen sink for THREE DAYS over Thanksgiving. This place is a waste of your money. If you are considering move here, don't. If you considered it, and moved anyway, you deserve what you get if you read our comments in advance.

A five huh? How do they pay??? I am sure my review would have been better if I just worked there too. Sorry "Anonymus", but try living there!!!
