I have nicknamed this place "Sh**box Circle" - it's horrible. They grounds are never kept, landscaped, cleaned, or cared about whatsoever. There are no real lights on the buildings so you take your life into your own hands to walk the hike from your car to your "house." Maintenance' There's maintenance here' I had a leak from the hot water tank for almost 6 months before I threatened a lawsuit. The breaking point occurred when I was told they couldn't fix the tank because "they had to paint the pool that day." ARE YOU KIDDING ME.

You ain't seen nothing yet..Huge dumpsters loaded with old furniture & bedding..Weed filled lawn areas..Dog crap all over the place.. Just wait until you get your extortionate water bills..DO NOT SIGN the back of the lease where you agree to "Varying monthly charges", they vary UPWARDS TOWARD THE SKY...Ask the office staff how much the charges are, otherwise you'll be paying HUNDREDS of extra dollars for a family of four or five..Heating & cooling bills, SKY HIGH..Insulation is at least thirty years old and leaks..In the winter, you have a roof without snow, the heat leaks through and cleans it off.. Save your money, go someplace where you get your money's worth. When you finish paying for heat, a/c & water, you will be lucky if you have money to buy food..
