We have lived here for several years b/c the location is perfect for us, but since the new owners took over in 2005 every aspect of life in this community has gone down hill fast. We are gouged for water/waste disposal, but they don't run the sprinklers to keep anything like a flower-bed alive. The previous owners mulched around the trees and shrubs; they had a doggie-doodie cleaning service periodically; and they pressure-washed the algae off the sides of buildings and kept the gutters from becoming composting troughs that now support their own weeds. This place is a shambles compared to its former caliber. There really isn't a single nice thing that I can say about this place or the people who run it.
