i have lived here since December w/ 2 other people. i have been having problems since 1 week prior to move in date. was asked if i could put off moving in 6x-tra day so they could get place together. what was i going to say, no (should have) so we waited and NOTHING was done! I hear that they do this a lot. they tell people they can't move in right away. i have has problems with maintanence. if they ever show up they do really bad work and usually use MY tools so the job gets done right. the surrounding trash areas are a disgrace, furniture of all kinds are left there and never picked up and some other tenants are real slobs and can't put their garbage in the dumpster!!! SLOBS the list goes on and on, do yourself a favor and RUN! RUN fast! place sucks, shody work done, area is a mess and the landscaping is pathetic! ever since the place was taken over by nes owners it has gone WAY down hill.

Who is in maintenance and management now? I was familiar with them several years ago, and wonder if they are the same people. It was Shelley Smith [Abrams], manager, and 3 maintenance guys named Juno, Shapizzi, and Benningfield. They were terrible before. Same ones?

Only God knows who the manager is, they change so much it's like finding socks after doing laundry. The maintenance guys are (Brett) is the head, and Larry, curly and Moe are the others.
