All of the negative reviews are true. Now, the layout is nice, and the square footage is cool, but peace of mind is worth finding somewhere else to live. The Staff: Stacey, Jamie, Ida, and the rest, all I will say about them is, You will have to answer to God for how you deceive people. Brett (head over maintenance) I thought I could trust him...NOT!!!!! This man stood in my kitchen, told me and my husband he would get it done. Brett shook my hand, and smiled as he left. This was 3 weeks ago. We have been since March 2008 trying to get our toilets fixed. They run all day and all night because the insides are broken. My husband tried to fix them himself, but he can't shut the water off under the toilets to get it done. My Kitchen sink leaks so bad, I can rinse my dishes without turning the water on. This has been since March 2008 people, and it's now September 8, 2008. Don't be like hard headed teenagers who won't listen to their parents, then find out after it's too late that Mommy and Daddy were right. If you value your sanity, and your standards are high. DON'T MOVE HERE! I'm looking for another apartment right now, and if God be willing, a home of our own. Don't be hard headed!!!!!!!
