I was online reading the reviews of this dump and I thought I would write one too. I thought when I moved in back in the summer that I could handle all the problems that everyone says about this place and I was wrong. This place has the worst maintenance EVER!!!! There is always something wrong. I've had holes in my screen door since I moved in that I've had to duck tape so no bugs will come in. It's still not fixed. You call the office and they always tell you the same thing..."I will send someone out to fix it"...a month goes by and still nothing is fixed. Oh and it takes about 5-6 calls a day and an entire month of calling for it to get fixed. Stacey and Jamie always say they will call you back and they NEVER do. You always have to track them down and when you do they always give you attitude. They are really nice to you when you are looking to rent then when you move in, move aside because you mean nothing to them. They are not helpful and just blow you off. Please really consider all these raitings carefully. There are hardly any tenents that would recommend this place. Don't be like me and think you can handle all the problems. It will just cause you stress and you'll wish you never moved here. Run away as fast as you can. There are a lot nicer places for less money. The bills are high and the rent is overpriced. I can't say it enough. This place SUCKS!!!!! Oh one more thing, there is dog---- all over because no one can pick up after their dog.

I could not agree more!!! i moved out last may and they are still to this month charging me for water !!! at $80.00 a month!! I moved into a 4 bedroom house and my water bill equals out to $32.00 a month !! RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! seriously take the time to read the reviews, they basically all say the same thing and the same complaints !!! read them and do NOT move here !! You have no idea the aggravation & stress you will save yourself in the long run!!!
