I have lived here over a year and never had a problem. When I moved in the townhome it was clean,had new carpet,& everything was in order. Since then I have had a couple of maintance issues that were taken care of in a timely fashion.Maintance has always been very nice to me & responded quickly to all my calls.Whenever I have called the office Stacy or Jamie have always been extremely nice & caring.They have called me after maintance was out to make sure everything was done & that I was happy. That's what I call customer service. I feel I can call them anytime I have a problem.When I was in a car accident this past summer, the office & maintance went over & beyond. They helped me get groceries from my car,would run to the store to get my medicine for me, and even took my trash out.I would definitely recommend living here. Every place has there problems, but cut them a break.I love my home & take offense to what people say.It's a beautiful place to live.

He or she must have come from somewhere nastier than thunderhollow, which I can't imagine anything nastier or the tenant is blind!!!
