Hmmm, were to start. We moved in just about a yr ago and are moving out as soon as our lease is up.
1. Maintenance (not happening)
2. There are piles of dog ---- everywhere
3. Parking is the worst, the spots are not numbered and for the amount of money that we pay as tenants we should have our own parking space at least one per apartment/town home. Trailer, boats, storage containers, and ghetto neighbors that own five vehicles take up majority of the parking spaces.
4. Overpriced rent, for a town home an electric bill will run about 300 to 350 monthly, you also pay for water/sewer and trash removal (usually 10.00 per person in the home)
5. Any way that the management can save a dime they will pinch every penny to do so.
6. Snow removal, this winter it was a sheet of ice in the parking lot every time it snowed or had icy rain. I fell twice! Fortunately I wasn't hurt.
7. Outdated appliances, the dishwashers leave food on dishes, refrigerators are missing parts and they will not get replaced.
8. Management never returns a phone call in order to get an answer you need to call at least 6 times.
and don't try to fix up your property or plant flowers b/c the landscaers will demolish your solar lights by running them over and cracking them, and they will not be replaced. If this doesn't happen the dogs will pee or poop in your flower beds while their owners are right by their side.
So if you're looking to get ripped off, sign a yr lease with Thunder Hollow.

I seriously wish people would take these reviews to heart, there can not be that many people out there saying the same thing over and over again for it not to be true !!! believe it or not , I am still being charged for water & trash pick up every month and I moved out over a year ago!! people stay FAR AWAY from this place !!
