Staff is incompetent, negligent and will move people in to filth, broken appliances, and not up to codes for leasing. They will lie; and forget what you need fixed.
This is the worst place I have leased in my entire life and the whole experience has been nothing but bad. They will take your money; but will not comply with your requests to fix the unit - they lease you. Unpainted, dirty, broken appliances, holes in doors, the place is literally falling apart around us. Don't bother taking time off from work for a scheduled appt. to fix it - they won't come - they will cancel due to an emergency. Leasing staff has no knowledge of what can actually be done in a unit and will lie to you like you are stupid about having certain things done. Of course when your rent is due - you will pay it because you have signed a contract - and you have made an unfortunate choice of finding a new place to live. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for quality living space and good managment.

I moved out a year ago and still read these postings to commiserate with the unfortunates still stuck there. I note that the 'noise level' is often judged to be the least annoying aspect of Thunder Hollow. I would posit that this is because no one dares walk around after dark because the poor to non-existent lighting and the increasingly unsavory tenants make it entirely unsafe to socialize out of doors. Not nice and getting worse - just needs a few more crack heads to get high and pass out and burn down their unit. Run, if you can.

I've just finished taking photos, completely disgusted and pursuing legal counsel to try to break lease in this dump. Pictures are worth more than 100 words and this place is a slum.
