To start I have moved around a lot over the years. I have lived in most of the apartments in Bucks county. My sister and a friend of hers planned on moving in here, my lease was coming up so i moved in too. we had it set to move in the middle of the week but the week before were asked to give them a few more days. Ok fine, so we change to move in the week after. Signed the lease the day before we moved in. Showed up with the Uhaul to find that they don't have keys for us, they didn't finish most the work that needed to be done. only half of the wall and ceiling trim was put up. We didn't have doors for our bedrooms! They said they would be back on monday to put them in, instead they dropped them off in front of our door, I had to put them in myself. I installed the bedroom doors, the washer and dryer and the dish washer! Now the break down!

Parking : The only parking was outter perimitter parking, if you lived in an alcove there was never parking near your apartment and you had to park on the outter drive.

Noise : Many nights we would lay awake in bed hearing people screaming at each other or walking around drinking in the parking lot, half the time it was the maintnance guys throwing fits in the court yards.

Grounds : they have a contract with a lawn service that comes out to cut the gr--- but that is it. they dont clean the yard, trim the bushed or even maintain the trees. If you can find a place on the property that doesnt have trash on it ill give you a dollar for picking that trash up and prove me wrong.

Safety : HA! We lived there a year and on 3 occ---ions we came home to find the doors and windows locked yet all the lights in the house were on and our ---- had been gone through! That was in the first 2 months until i changed the locks and refused to give them a key. I had to take one of the maintnance guys to court because his --- was drunk in the middle of the day and slammed into my car! it was parked! he tried denying it but the paint on his white car matched the markings from mine. half my p---enger side had to be replaced!

Construction : you have to fix something to have that right...I witnessed and took video of the siding from the main office itself coming off the building and smacking someone in the back! it was never replaced while i was living there.

Maintenance : Yea, we had water flooding from our gutter into our bedroom window shorting out the whole front wall. I called maintenance and not only did it take the guy 3 hours to come out, he handed me a plunger and sat back in his car to "keep dry" while i climbed onto the roof to clear the clogged gutter. As for the short in our room, the outlets on the front of the house were never replaced.

Staff : Don't make me laugh, the only person there worth anything was ----- and thats because she was ----. if i wasn't --------------------wouldn't give her the time of day. If it wasn't for ----------------------- she wouldn't be worth looking at because everything out of her mouth is just something to get you to leave the office. Hours were till 4pm many days i'd get home between 3 and 330 and they would be closed. Don't bother calling the main company either cuz they do the same thing ------ does...blows you off and says she will have someone right on it.

Overall : Don't waste your time. They claim that they cover gas when nothing run on gas. Everything is electric. Our average electric bill was $350 a month. we were told the average cost of water was $75 billed every 3 months. we recieved a water bill every month from the day we moved in reaching as high as $200. the lowest was $95. I guess thats what happens when the maintenance guys are throwing parties in empty units because your utility bills are sublet, meaning the power and water for each building are divided between the number of tennets.

Oh, one more thing. On top of doing all the repairs and initial work when moving in. They actually tried to deny us our security deposit when we moved out. I work for a carpentry company, my boss sent 2 guys over with me to do the final work. not a single hole or mark. we even matched and replaced the carpet where the exterminator they hired cut it up to set mouse traps because they were coming in from the fire place. I had to take them to court to get it. Provided pictures from the day we moved in to the day we moved out. Oh and if you enjoy mold in your kitchen please move in because they do not replace leaking pipes. they just recaulk your tub 6 times and say that should do it. this is getting lengthy so im going to end it.
