Well for starters, i am a single mother of 3 and have animals, so this was the only place that would allow my dog and was big enough for me and 3 children. Although at this point i could care less about space. If someone knows of another apartment complex or property renting for about the same here or less that will take my OVER 50lb dog, please let me know.

Anyway, i moved in and the apartment was not completed, no doors put up in the bedroom, sink in bathroom leaked, sliding glass doors dont have a handle that locks and didnt have security bar, rug just pulls up off floor cause it is not installed properly (it needed new tacking strips), someone took the screen door that was on the front door, the screens were ripped, no filter in heater, tub was chipping and peeling, back yard smelled and had black oil or something in the mud (there was no rock covering or grass or indoor/outdoor carpet back there, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was cleaned, the stove and vent had caked on grease and food still sitting under the burners (i told office i wanted new stove and i did get it but not for months later) cabinet shelves are worping, washer stopped working and took them awhile to bring another, front door doesnt close properly so huge draft comes in. I'm sure there is more im missing but that was all when i moved in.

I have been here a few months and have had worms, slugs, big black spiders and ants in my apartment. IN MY LIVING ROOM!!! Exterminator suppose to come out and doesnt show. Maintence suppose to come out and no one shows!!!! Office staff states they will call you back in 15 min and never do!!! I was told by maintence that the foundation is cracked and thats why im getting these new pets in my home, and that they need to silicon near the sliders, well that has not been done! My fire extinguisher is expired. Oh they brought my doors out and the guy put them on CROOKED, oh and let me not forget that they set the doors up outside and the wind blew them over and the one door is cracked but thye still put it up CROOKED!!!! But i still have no door knobs, teh doors are still crooked, the molding is not finished etc..

There are trees growing up from the gutters, there is green stuff all over the siding and fences, lawn isn't cut for weeks at a time, trash piles up from the shortage of trash bins available, parking sucks, squirrels everywhere digging in your plants, the pool (what a joke) the baby pool is green (not exaggerating), and they caught mice in the big pool, empty apartments left open all over complex, oh and water run off into gutters well that sucks, you need a row boat to get to your apartment. The snow plowing and deicing on sidewalks and parking areas (well there wasnt any). I could write a book and i have only been here for 5 months.

The office staff and maintence people (if thats what you want to call them) will give you every excuse in the book as to why they didn't show up, oh i cant go in unless someone is there, oh i cant go in because of your dog, oh im sorry we had an emergency, we will see you tomorrow (well tomorrow is NEVER)!! Another thing i have noticed, my kids were never this sick until i moved here!! Im dont talking about this ---- hole, i have so much more to say but this is long enough and hopefully after reading all these posts YOU WILL STAY AWAY!!!!!

Hon i have no doubt you got me and my wifes old apartment. look in your kitchen between the cabinets in the corner. look up and i bet you will see black mold growing from the leaking water pipes in the bathroom. Oh and mainenance had no problem going into our home when we weren't there, after hours when we never called them. A friend of mine lives in a 2 bedroom towner in racquet club in levittown, they actually fix their ----!

why do u say that? Did you have worms and everything i mentioned when you were here? I don't see any mold, i think they painted up there in between the cabinets, how do i fing out if there is mold there? Cause the first person i would call is NBC10. Then some friends i have that work close to the mayor!! I have absolutely had it with this place but have nowhere else to go, nor do i have the money. I need to stay in bensalem due to my kids in school and dont want to change that. But nowhere else around here will take my dog! Also, how do you know they were coming in here when you weren't home?
