I moved here from Md with my job. I have a room mate with a 5 year old child. We needed a 3 bedroom and at least two bathrooms. We were scheduled to move in on 12/5. They changed the apt number after we have traveled 2hrs just to sign the lease and then pushed the move in date back by two days.The apartment had not been cleaned and after paying the security deposit and a months rent, they did not want to show us the apartment, as it was not ready. We have had nothing but problems since day one. Maintenance is horrible. We waited 4 months for a new stove. The tile was coming off the wall in the bathroom along with the shower head. The fixtures in the tub were corroded and leaked all the time, the outlets in the kitchen had no covers and the entire kitchen was dirty. The cabinets had not been cleaned out and off all things they painted the cabinets with black spray paint. We asked for strike plates for the doors as they were all missing and we did not want the doors to get stuck or someone to cut themselves on the open metal. It rained and we discovered we had water standing in the track for the patio door on the inside and it was wet under the carpet. We then found earthworms inside the house and we called to reported it. Still waiting for maintenance. One day I counted 13 worms in the house. The maintenance sucks, the staff is incompetent and you cannot get the same answer twice from two women working in the same office. I have been living with a broken toilet for over a month now,...waiting on maintenance. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE AN ALTERNATIVE!!!!

WOW it sounds like your living in my apartment. I also have worms in my apartment, my sliders or the frame is crooked so cold air comes in. When i moved in and before i moved in, this place also was not cleaned ANYWHERE, cabinets, bathroom, stove, etc..etc.. the carpets is put in half assed and not tacked to the floor. I also waited for a stove and then washer broke and waited awhile for that too. Oh i could go on and on but whats the sense, NOBODY CARES!!! NOBODY of authority does anything. People have complained, including myself and i dont get phone calls back!! My blinds have been broken for months now, they wont close, i called and they said they would order them and i havent received them yet. Wqaiting for a place to become available that allows pets and i will be leaving.

When I lived there several years ago, things were the same, so it is NOT going to get better. There had been talk of a class action suit, but that never materialized. Perhaps it is time to bring it up again. Don't forget to include the mold that is everywhere due to all the leaks. I breathe much better now that I am out of that hell hole.
