I have been here two years and ever since the new management company took over I have really noticed a positive change. They have constantly been fixing things. Since the old owners did nothing this must be a big task. I read a comment about the new maintenance being sub par. Compared to the old owners the new ones are incredible. Things actually get done and get done right. They have only owned it a few months and it is already much better.
