I have lived here since 1982 and I did not realize the potential until the new management company took over. They have really done a great job. We all got new windows and glass sliders. This was the greatest improvement they could have made. The old ones needed to go. They also made alot of necessary improvements to the property. Now when you drive in from the street the place looks smashing.
I have read a comment by the writer ahead of me complaining about the fire alarm. What an idiot! I personally feel that it was a good thing to do. It must have cost a fortune. I feel much more safe now than with those battery operated ones that beeped all the time. This proves to me that the new company cares about what they do.
In addition I find that the employees of the new company are very friendly. They are always willing to help and seem to care about what they do and the company they work for. For a while there was alot of them here doing improvements. They looked very proffessional in there green shirts. Almost like a task force.
The maintenance has gotten alot better to. The old owners never wanted to fix anything unless you paid for it yourself. Now maintenance is free and considered a part of your rent.
I love this place and think it has changed for the better. The apartments are big and the grounds are beautiful. Not to mention the location.
