Although the Main Line Berywn apts are nice and the location is great, you should beware that management is nice to the new tennants and ignores those of us who have been here for years.
The woman in the office - why she has a job I will never know - is nice to all newcomers and rude to existing tennants.
Work orders are written up and new tennants get handled first. I have 2 separate eye witnesses to this, maintenance men who no longer work for Westover. The turnover among the maintenance staff is tremendous.
Every couple of months it is new guys. It makes you wonder....I hear how awful a company Westover is to work for. They send in one guy to replace an AC unit - to disconnect and take out the old one and put in the new one. Westover will not send in 2 men for this job - or even to help move the AC units in/out of the apt. This is a horrible way to treat your employees, and it takes much longer to fix. Not that Westover cares...

During this winter the attempt to clear the parking lots and steps has not been the greatest. They won't put down salt or sand or anything. I hope someone will sue them, I have fallen myself and seen a couple other falls.
We do get heat and hot water - but pay electric, so those new people who moved in Feb - wait until you see your summer electric bill! We are talking over $200 a month for a 2 bedroom - start saving now.
