I truly believe this is the best community on the Main Line. I have lived here for twelve years and have only noticed improvements since the new management company took over. I honestly think they care about what they do. All my requests have been met thus far and I have never had a problem with the manager. In fact I commend Westover for the great maintenance. The old owners used to charge you extra for correcting a problem, at least now maintenance is considered a part of your lease. Since last year they have been charging for the electric, however my husband and I have not had a bill exceed 55 dollars. I think this community can only be recomended.
