We were so surprised to read the negative review posted. Our experiences with the facilities, staff and management here at Brightwood have been all good for the last four years. We felt like we should add our 2 cents so that people could know that not everyone is unhappy here!

Maybe you are one of the LUCKY ones!! I agree with the comment posted about Karen the manager. She is always rude and ignorant no matter what the issue. This woman definitely has some MAJOR ISSUES. She needs JESUS in her life. She should feel blessed to even have a job! She definitely needs an attitude adjustment!!! I like living here also, but hate when I have to deal with that monster.
