I am very impressed with these apartments and DID NOT have a high gas bill like mentioned in the previous review. The apartments are situated on the trolley and far encough out to be able to easily get a seat. The utility bills are low and the maintenance is fast and effecient. The appliances include a dishwasher and the apartment is very large. It includes a balcony and also has a pool for the summer. Parking is always easy. Noise is also not a problem The building is also secure. I would highly recommend this complex.

You have got to be kidding. This is the worst place I have ever lived! The buildings and grounds are in need of extreme repair. The owner is the rudest man on earth and the secure buildings are a joke. I warn people to stay away from this place. You will be very dissapointed!!!
