The location to the T is an advantage. Maintenance staff is excellent, however we were promised that out furnaces were going to be inspected when the new meters were put in and was never done. As a result the gas bills were a surprise for some not others.
Previous managaments did not believe in preventive maintenance and as result things need updates. Overall though a nice place to live.
