I lived here in 2007. Convenient access to the trolley(T) is a plus. It has an electric oven and dishwasher. It has plenty of space, which makes moving easier. The washing machines could be better(they leave a soap residue). Tenants have to pay for heat and I believe that the forced air system is inefficient.It has ceiling fans. It may need more insulation.(my apartment gets cold) Maintenance does a good job of repairing items, but not updating them. Parking is adequate. It used to have a garbage disposal chute, but they did away with it for they no longer had the staff to maintain it. In its day it was probably a great place, but now is just ok.
