Outrageous Gas Bills

The gas bills in the winter run between 3 and 4 hundred dollars, management refuses to look into it. Poorly maintained, dirty common areas, they do not clean the parking area very well in the winter. Not staying when my lease is up. The pool is open extremely limited hours.
