During the 4.5 years that I lived at Rusty Hollow, I was very pleased with the facility The manager was always on call and there was always ample parking. You can control your own heat, air, and have a dishwasher. They also allow pets. It is a very reasonable price for the upscale area of Bethel Park. I recently was required to move due to job location. I now live in an apartment complex that is not managed so well and it is not as nice of an area. Rusty Hollow spoiled me. If I ever am required to relocate to Bethel Park, I will definately considering moving to Rusty Hollow again. As far as problems, I would recommend staying away from the lower level apartments.
