I have been a tenant at Rusty Hollow for a year. As other reviewers have stated, the complex is very well maintained. The owner is quick to respond to any maintenance issues. Owner pays water and trash, tenant is responsible for electric.

I live in a "basement"/ground floor apartment and have never had a problem with mold, as one reviewer mentioned. If I did, I have no qualms about saying the owner would be quick to take care of it.
