I've lived here for almost two years now and have had many ups and downs with the place. I've had water leaks from above three times and some crazy lady above me keeps calling the police on me for no good reason. The cops laugh when they show up and find me watching Bill Cosby. But anyway, it's not that bad. Rent is low and all of my problems are fixed now. Managment is attentive if you press them and they do honestly care about you. Noise isn't bad and rooms are spacious. I guess what I'd say is that it's a good "starter" apt. but I am ready now for something a little nicer. It's not bad here though.
