there is no lighting within the house except for the kitchens and the balcony. there were no screens on the windows. its quiet during the day but once night falls there is at least once police officer looking around or in the apartment buildings for something or breaking up fights parties or drug busts. there is washer and dryer units in every building although it is usually broken, so its almost like not having any. a couple months before i left the roof caved in in the apartments above us, and their fix was a tarp. it took two months before they relocated them. their apartments are ok but when i moved in i found beer bottles in the fridge and closet and the balcony. there is only one outlet in the bedroom so power strips are a must if moved in here. the apartments are right next to the T-line and on the other side you are right next to the road, so you kind of are screwed either way. we had a drawer that broke and their fix was to nail it shut, which is not what i wanted. the AC is inside in the dining room right next to the living room and the bedroom so you hear it kick on or when its running so its not fun. i was very happy when i moved.
