Ok. But not as good as it should be.

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 1999
 
We lived in the townhouses for about three years. Over the course of it, I found it was more trouble than it was worth. The neighbors aren't friendly... our toilets overflowed on more than one occasion, and plaster in the ceiling fell down in the kitchen from rotting. Not only that we brought a silverfish infestation to our new house from the apartments later. DON't Live here.
