Great place but location is bad

I lived at Brighton Court Appartments for 9 years. The place is top notch. You don't have to worry about being broken into (even though the neighborhood isnt the greatest). Parking is a MAJOR hassle. If you get home after 7 prepare for a walk. When it snows good luck finding parking. The building is on a well traveled street but the noise isn't bothersome at all. Neither is the train (suprisingly) that runs 50 yards behind the building. The maintenance is TOP NOTCH (Best EVER). If you have a problem 24 / 7 support. I had a hot water heater release at 2 am. They had a new one in there and working by the next night. Rent keeps going up, but not too bad 15 -20 dollars a year. Overall it's a great place to live though.
