I totally agree. this place is an absalute nightmare. The sound barrior inbetween the apartments are horrible. You can ear everything. They allow smoking in the building and apartments. The smoke leaks into the bathrooms and walls and it stinks up the apartments. People hang outside of the apartment buildings by the entrance and exits of the building while being very loud and smoking who knows what. they leave alcahol bottles in the parking lot for kids to get. there are no cameras to help prevent break ins. there is hardly any lighting in the park in lots at night. so can easily be robbed or cars broken into. Rarely any parking spots in the evening, because they allow over occupancy living in a one and two bedroom. also you will pay through the roof in electricity for its not well insalated. this place is an outrage and health hazards everywhere. there is mold is the first floor bedrooms...takes forever to fix leaky fossets. cracks in bathroom cealings and crappy floor boards. not including 2nd hand smoke leaks everywhere in all apartments for kids to breath and exsposed to cancer carsingenes given off by 2nd hand smoke which puts you at risk for cancer and heath defects to your children. there should be a ban for smoking in apartments for the risk to get cancer and causing severe heath defects to children and pets. this place isn't worth a hundred bucks a month to rent. god forbid you lose your job and cant afford rent and if you dont pay they will make you pay an outrage of prices and if you cant pay they will prosecute you to full extent of the law....stay away.........stay away.

I heard just the opposite of this company if you lose your job. They work with them and try to help whenever possible. However, I do have to say if you don't pay any of your other bills - those companies will cut off being able to use your credit card, if you don't pay your mortgage you end up in foreclosure, if you don't pay your car they repossess it. Why would you expect a landlord to not feel the need to collect their rent? This is a business too and they need to maintain that business as well.
