Beautiful Apartment- Terrible policy

My apartment is awesome- I love having my own washer and dryer! There has been a lot of turn over in the staff here. The rules and fees are always changing too- what was once free heat is now billed to us on some "ratio" that they consider fair- Try going a month without even turning it on and still getting $150 bill. The staff will smile and say they understand- (I almost feel bad for those girls- They're just doing thier jobs) The management is far from pleasant- but closer to rude, insulting and abrasive.
