I have been here a little over a year and the only real major complaint I have is the parking. It truly SUCKS. If you pay rent, you should be able to park in front of your apartment. There should be rules for families with more than one vehicle and for visitors. The appliances are old. Sometimes it takes 2 hours to dry a load of clothing.

Some office staff are useless but the manager seems to be pretty okay the few times I dealt with her.

Maintance does come within 24 hours unless there is an ER then they come sooner.

The grounds are well maintained. The rent is decent if you are from NJ or NY. The apts are a a decent size compared to other places I looked.

I would recommend this place if you cannot afford or do not want to be a homeowner. It seems to be one of the nicer places in the area when it comes to afforadability.

Sometimes I hear the squirrels running over my head (I am told nothing can be done about that). I hear water dripping on the ceiling so I watch the water stain to make sure it is not leaking. So far, no problems.
