Beware of The Landings, on Catasauqua Rd, Bethlehem, PA

The Management Staff are very rude & dictatorial.
Once they have you signed up, they don t care about any problems you might encounter.
There are no individual meters, so a single person ends up sharing the total heating & water bill, regardless of consumption, based on accommodation!!
The residents are viciously nasty. Looks like America s Most Disgruntled People have all converged here!! This is not a happy place! Red-Neck Central!
The structure is very old & the utilities really need to be replaced. In the height of winter, furnaces broke down & whole units had to be replaced!
The drains are slow, despite pouring down gallons of unclogging products!
My unit has an updated kitchen, but guess what .can t open a drawer the cooking range is in the way!!
They assign a Satellite Bldg if you wish to install a Dish. Guess what' You move in & find a few weeks later that there is no clear view for a signal. So when you approach the Mgmt, they nonchalantly tell you that they can t guarantee a signal, but you re welcome to move to another unit! One would think that is reason enough to allow you to cancel your lease & get out, but no! have to wait out your lease!!
