this place is horrible. the poor service, to the poor quality of work their maintence do. the entire staff should be fired including the manager -----, they all have no clue of whats going on around them. they do not communicate with the maintence staff which makes problems all the time. they are stupid, thats the only way to sum that up. the maintence staff half ass everything because ----- sets impossibles tasks on them. she needs to get out of lala land. your ISTA (heat bill) is not calculated by what you use, its by the WHOLE apartment complex so if you dont even spend the winter there you are still paying what other people used they just average it out by your apt size and what the total bill is. it WASTES sooo much money if your barely home. forget about having the heater or air conditioner, they break and let you either freeze to death or die from heat exhaustion. the pipes like to freeze so expect to be without water sometime, and if you live down stairs watch out i heard a pipe busted into their apartment. the parking is TERRIBLE. expect to park far, very far from your building. other tennents friends and family take up all the spaces. the local residents, STARE, all the time, they are not from america and will stare at you. its very creapy and makes you feel uncomfortable. watch the neighbor nightmare kids because they run around at night when its dark. the parking lots and building arent lit up very well so it can be very unsafe at night. i heard cars are getting broken into now. fitness room is nice but read the hours and polices about leaving and being the last one. checking windows and crap. try to close the window, they are broken and are impossible. the rent is WAY to high for what you dont get. dont waste your time and look around. they are trying to sell a polished piece of ___. washer and dryers are way to small and loud. if you move there, GOOD LUCK TO YA!

I just moved from The Landings last month due to a new job, but prior to that I was planning on moving into a bigger apartment at The Landings! I don't know why you had such an experience as described above, but after living there for several years, I have to say it must be a one off. I loved all of the two years I lived there.
